Jebel Ali Falls to 32nd as Nhava Sheva Climbs to 21st in Global Container Port Rankings
Jebel Ali handled 374,000 TEU in Q2 2026, down from 3.8 million a year earlier — a 90% drop that moved it from 10th to 32nd in the global port rankings. Nhava Sheva grew 13.6% over the same half and climbed to 21st. But Nhava Sheva's gain accounts for only about 11% of what Jebel Ali lost. The rest of that cargo isn't showing up anywhere.
